There always comes a point in every individual’s life when someone tells them something isn't possible. They might say there is no way you can do that. Well, the general public has so many false perceptions about people in wheelchairs and their ability to be able to do the same thing that able-bodied people do. I personally love it when somebody tells me I can't do something. I will do everything in my power to prove you wrong. I saw this video that reminded me of those feelings. So until you do research and exhaust every available option don't let anybody allow you to think you're unable to do something.
Just check out this video of this blonde paraplegic bungee jumping! I hope it does two things. I hope it makes able-bodied people realize to never underestimate the abilities of someone with paralysis. And secondly, I hope it reminds those of us in wheelchairs to never stop dreaming and accomplishing our goals no matter what they are!
